Cindy & Jeremie
This day was nothing short of magical! C & J chose an intimate morning ceremony amidst the woodland at the base of Mont Blanc, surrounded by just their closest family. Following the ceremony, we took the Aguille Du Midi cable car up Mont Blanc. We spent a dreamy half-hour exploring & finding a few epic locations for their couples’ photos. This was followed by a picturesque lunch at the mountain cafe which is nestled on the plateau halfway up. The weather can change so rapidly, and more often than not at that altitude, the visibility can be pretty poor, but despite this, we were blessed with unbelievably perfect weather!
After we descended the Aiguille Du Midi, we went to grab some fresh ice cream at a local shop ( famous for its incredibly tasty homemade ice cream) before returning to their chalet for champagne and canapes in the garden. They had a beautiful first dance as the sun was starting to set. Inside, they enjoyed an intimate candlelit dinner with some pretty incredible views of Mont Blanc.
Some of my favourite distinctive elements which added to the uniqueness of their day included Cindy’s pair of a hand embroiderd vans, perfect for her mountain adventures, a celebratory glass of bubbles immediately upon descending the aisle, and even a cable car queue on their wedding day. From a mountain restaurant sandwich to a visit to an ice cream shop, every detail was a testament to a day that truly reflected them. From start to finish, they crafted a day filled with their own rules and tailored purely to themselves. Every second was a delight, capturing the essence of a wedding day that was entirely 'theirs.
