Lyndsie & Jared

Against the picturesque backdrop of The Farmhouse in Morzine, a place that always whispers tales of rustic charm, Lyndsie & Jared’s traditional wedding unfolded. Their celebrations began with the reunions of friends and family who had traveled from the US to witness this special day in the mountains of the French Alps. There were welcome drinks at a local bar the night before the ceremony, which set the tone for the wonderful atmosphere that lingered throughout the entire weekend.

Against the backdrop of the Farmhouse, the majority of the wedding day unfolded seamlessly, they chose a beautiful blend of tradition and personal touches. The outdoor ceremony was just beautiful!

What stood out to me most about this day, was that Lyndsie & Jared opted to exchange their vows privately. We left not long after the ceremony, & headed up the mountain. We chose a location tucked away in the woodland, where the forest floor was scattered with wild blueberry bushes. Here, they swapped incredibly sincere promises that resonated so deeply with each of them. I felt so honored to have been witness to such a beautiful moment. (I always find that couples photos away from your guests, when paired with some bubbles or a bottle of beer provide the perfect time to reflect on your day so far!)

We headed back to the farmhouse where the day transitioned into a celebration that was marked by multiple heartfelt speeches, ridiculously awesome dance moves, and of course some delicious food.
